Studio time is 2 hours minimum. With a 50% Deposit required 2 days in advance.
You can pay with (Paypal, Cash app or Cash) Or there is no session.
You must call 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel or you lose your deposit.
Your session starts at the designated time. (YOUR TIME IS TICKING NOT MINE)
You will be charged an additional half-hour. If your session exceeds the
time by 10 minutes.
Maximum 3 people allowed in a Studio session at one time. (Due to space)
ALL SONG PACKAGES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY FIRST SESSION.
You will lose 2 hours from your song package/block time if you do not call 1 day in advance to reschedule or cancel.
All mix downs, burning of Cd's and copies are part of your studio time.
So finish your session at lease 15-20 minutes before your time is up.
NO SMOKING OR DRINKING ALCOHOL IN THE HOUSE
If you bring food clean up after you eat and dispose of your garbage outside.
Take all your Recording materials with you. I am not responsible for storing your
Cd’s and other Media In the studio...

If I need to cancel a session less then 1 day in advance.
I will give you an extra 1 hours free.
Every client who refers a person to the studio that books a 3hr or more session.
Will receive 1 hr of time on their next session.
YOU SHOULD NOT TOUCH ANYTHING UNLESS YOU ASK.
IF YOU BREAK IT YOU PAY FOR IT.
